Sputnick Legacy - Intro and Rules - NLC 3 Challenge

Hiiiii.. So, this is mostly for myself, so I have a place where the rules are posted on my own journal - but I'm also making some "special" enhancements to the rules. Nothing rule-breaking, but just a way to make the game a little more exciting and fun for myself.
