This hair is so adorbs! But I am fairly certain that this is the only time I have seen it (on needlecream's LJ...don't worry, I didn't hotlink!). Does anyone know where it's from?

Today I am stalking the Christmas in July gift thread on GOS. There are some really amazing creations so far! Pretty much each and every thing that's been posted, if you want the truth. I'm sure most of you have seen it but be sure to check it out if you haven't yet!

I google-searched for every combo of "newsea 33," "legally blond," etc. that I can think of and can't find the recolor. How elusive.
